About Spencer Freeman
I am a BCBA who has historically worked with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, mostly autism spectrum disorder. I strive to synthesize my passions for behavior analysis, psychology, and helping others into a meaningful career. In my work experience, I have typically worked with high intensity behaviors such as aggression or self-injurious behavior (SIB). These challenging situations have helped to shape my skillset in regards to ethics, communication, client dignity, staff support, and safety. On the skill development side, I have a great deal of experience with verbal behavior, social skills, and behavioral programming using discrete trial teaching (DTT). My broader goals are to continue to develop my skillset as a behavior analyst, to stay current with relevant academic research, to disseminate the knowledge of applied behavior analysis, to increase community integration for those with developmental disabilities, and to improve the quality of life for all of my clients and their families.

Additional responsibilities included maintaining my licensure through CEU's, managing my credentialing process with insurance providers, and documenting/billing for services under the corresponding T-Code.
