CurrentProject Management and Execution: In this critical role which serves as the final point of review before California Public Utility Commission (CPUC) closeout, I am responsible for proactively facilitating the verifiable, traceable, and complete review of compliance and supporting construction documentation within the Construction Management portfolio. Key accomplishments included:o Executed cost-effective and time efficient strategies with the project document validation and cost variance analysis process to complete projects three to six months ahead of schedule. Key strategies included preparing status and tracking reports for over 50 gas and pipeline projects in 2022 and facilitating closeout meetings for over 10 project team members. As a result, team engagement and collaboration increased significantly in 2022 resulting in a reduction of project costs. o Assisted with and testing efficiency initiatives within the organization including reducing closeout timeframes by 20% in 2022 and conducting site visits to foster relationships and expedite closeout while ensuring gas complianceo Conducted thorough compliance audits for over 75 projects in 2022 in preparation for California Public Utility Commission (CPUC) field and internal based audits to avoid potentially severe penalties. Technical Advisement: This role is responsible for interfacing with several technical platforms including SharePoint, Pipeline Data Management System, SAP, MS Office Suite including advanced Excel and OpenText Super User. Key accomplishments included:o Provided critical technical related support to field-based construction management professionals. Through efficiency initiatives, user productivity increased over 50% in 2022 resulting in decreased project costs and reduced closeout timeframes. o Performed UAT for OpenText.
