He has great communication and teamwork skills with extensive problem-solving capabilities. He joined Dave Steel Company, Inc in 2021 as a welder. He has since worked hard to advance in the company. Spencer has a diverse background in welding, steel fabrication, operating a fork lift and steel coating. He is well-versed in completing daily rounds, collecting measurements and identifying processing concerns early, through diligent inspections. Spencer is conscientious, reliable and driven to make a positive impact through work. On his days off he enjoys spending time with his wife Leah, fishing, attending dirt track races, watching football, going to the drag strip and playing with his dog, Charlie.
