Scheduling – Work with Field Leads to monitor and coordinate scheduling of labor, materials, tools/equipment, and required information to meet project scope and schedules.Problem Solving and Relationship Management - Swiftly resolve all construction difficulties; develop and maintain client relationships and client confidence.Change Orders - Pricing of any scope changes and change orders with Estimating Team.Quality Control - Monitor project installations to ensure quality control throughout project.Reporting - Coordinate with Field Leads to manage daily progress reports and weekly labor reporting.Leadership and Management – Lead, mentor, and motivate Field Leads and project workforce to achieved project success.
