Hello, my name is Spencer and I am a graphic designer and illustrator. My interests are geared towards layout and cover design, blending some illustration in. I am a recent graduate from Chemeketa Community College in the Visual Communications program in 2021. My time at Chemeketa was full of rewarding experiences that have helped me refine my skills, and I am eager to share what I’ve learned and continue my journey. My favorite achievement of mine is designing the interior layout design and cover art for Chemeketa’s 50th anniversary poetry book. The book featured anecdotes and stories from past and present students and staff in the form of 50 word poems. Working with the Chemeketa Press closely on this project was an experience I will never forget. Since graduating, I’ve done casual freelance on the side and am now working as a pre-press graphic designer. My goal is to work with musicians and authors to continue working on cover and layout design.
