After 10 years of conducting evidence reviews in academic medicine and building tools to make this work as efficient as possible, I've now taken the plunge and co-founded a company to put these tools into the hands of decision-makers across the ecosystem. We've initially focused on the biomedicine, but now we're starting to explore other verticals as well.

• Developed ethical and regulatory policy frameworks to help improve efficiency and safeguard the integrity of the drug development enterprise, and published these in high-impact scientific venues.

• Led research and supervised trainees on a project to map the evolution of evidence supporting novel technologies in precision oncology.
• Helped secure grant funding and launch a project that implemented an automated system to query clinical investigators and collect forecasts about the outcomes of their newly-initiated trials.
• Published ethical and policy analysis for research strategies in early-phase clinical trials.
