Leading a direct team of 6 PMs and product strategy for extended organization of 60+ across multiple products which generate $450M+ in revenue and support 3M+ customers.

- Led a direct team of 7 PMs and the product strategy for an extended product team of 50+ - Grew the UK product org through sourcing, hiring and mentoring 6 new PMs- Organized an extended product leadership team and the op mechs to help us lead the Product org in a unified approach- Led a new cross-functional product planning process that was more data backed, commercially aligned, and team driven- Aligned the business and 6 scrum teams around key customer benefit and business outcome metrics that empowered teams to make big bold bets and the right trade-offs within their mission- Created a shared Manage Money vision across Product, Partnerships, Payments, and leadership that helped align UK and Central teams to build and deliver the first phase of the QB Bank Account and Cash Flow Planner products in the UK- Organized and led 14 individuals across 3 cross-functional teams to deeply understand the unique UK customer and market dynamics for 3 of Intuit’s Big Bets. The customer-backed data, rapid tests, and business cases ultimately helped lead to 2 Big Bets being resourced for launch in the UK

I led the product strategy, discovery, launch and iterations across multiple scrum teams and QuickBooks products. Some highlights include: - Identified a critical customer problem and business need, ran rapid tests, then launched, and iterated an innovative SmartScan feature that leveraged ML to automate error checking. In the first year, it saved an estimated 252K customer hours and identified 271K potential errors. With a 71% target base engagement, it drove a 15% increase in PRS, 2% increase in 90-day retention and was a key market differentiator for MTD, helping to push QB into UK market leadership - Launched a data import tool which was used to import 1.2 million transactions in the first year, with an average 3 hrs. of time savings per customer and helped expand our target customer. Also built as global ready so it could be launched to 6 other countries- Helped organize and co-manage a Rotational Product Manager program with 17 rotating PM’s - Led the launch of bank data integrations which increased our data coverage by 30% in the UK and 40% in AU, while also increasing refresh success rate from 90% to 99.3%

- Led the QuickBooks desktop to online migration product while improving NPS by 2 points, increasing migrations by 33% YOY, reducing care contacts by 7K, and maintaining a zero-defect backlog- Successfully redesigned and launched a major overhaul to one of the most used experiences in QuickBooks (Reporting), resulting in a 20% YOY reduction in customer help contacts- Worked across multiple business units and external partners to help create the service and design for an OCR based Receipt Capture workflow
