I started working for the City of North Las Vegas right when I got out of High School. Starting out, I was working for the Parks & Rec. Department as a part time City Maintenance Worker, then I worked my way up to be a full time employee on the Roadway Operations Department. I was a high performance employee - & quickly worked my way to being the backup Crew Leader when needed. I learned how to handle high stress situations - how to de-escalate - improve leadership skills & practice time management.I was then promoted to work at City Hall as a Customer Service Specialist for the Utilities Business Services & Administration. I then grew my office & administration skills & now act as Acting Lead which includes taking escalated supervisor calls - assisting other representatives & delegating high priority work.This is the current position i'm in & have been in for about 2 years - I'm interested in furthering my career in some sort of Business Administration.
