-10+ years in automotive, truck, fleet, luxury cars, detailing experience. -Able to supervise staff and maintain an excellent finished product.-Excellent eye for detail-Able to lead teams effectively to achieve day to day operational goals. -Able to work independently with minor direction needed. -Excellent customer relationships-Able to do multi stage wet sand, buff, and polish. -Able to install accessories. i.e rust inhibitors, rain guards, decals etc. -Extensive experience in spray in box lining, as well as an excellent understanding of multiple supplier and material knowledge. -Able to apply multiple rust proofing options.
