I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Emporia State University, where I graduated in May 2021. I am currently a Classroom Technology Trainer at Olathe School District, where I provide training to staff members on optimal use of classroom technology, such as iPads, laptops, and educational software. My core competencies include attention to detail, organization skills, and Articulate Rise, a software for creating online courses.Before becoming a Classroom Technology Trainer, I was a 4th Grade Teacher at Olathe School District for two years, where I facilitated a dynamic and inclusive learning environment for a diverse group of students. I collaborated with special education teachers, counselors, and support staff on a daily basis, employing a multidisciplinary approach to effectively address the unique needs of students and ensure their academic and emotional growth. I also served as the dedicated iPad facilitator, successfully troubleshooting and resolving iPad-related issues while integrating technology into the curriculum. I am passionate about enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes through innovative and accessible technology, and I am eager to share my knowledge and skills with other educators and learners.
