CurrentProvide guidance on electronic discovery technology, all phases of the EDRM, project planning, and budget management.Develop ESI protocols to ensure eDiscovery is conducted in a consistent and defensible manner.Provide technical support to clients and case teams, managing information throughout the life cycle of a case, including, ESI preservation, collection, metadata extraction, review, production, data retention, and disposition.Train legal personnel in the functionality and effective operation of the review platform, Relativity, providing case teams the educational tools needed to strengthen their eDiscovery strategy.Consult on the employment of Early Case Assessment strategies, analytics, and predictive coding technology as a way to create more efficient, streamlined document reviews.Manage, execute, and delegate eDiscovery tasks for concurrent projects, serving as the point of contact for corporate and legal clients.Responsible for the development and training of the eDiscovery Services team.Serve as an expert on Relativity and Nuix platforms, advising clients and colleagues on best practices.
