A respected veteran in grassroots basketball, Spencer Pulliam began working in the industry in 2005 and remains a recognized face in the current hoops landscape. Spencer is passionate about player evaluation and has observed much of the nation’s elite basketball talent as amateurs during his career, which now spans over three decades. He takes great pride in his reputation for identifying and accurately projecting players to the highest levels of the sport beginning with their development in youth basketball. In 2015, Spencer ventured into operations and consulting and has active event collaborations and partnerships across the United States.Spencer has led or assisted in the launch of several prominent youth basketball platforms and also directed his own NCAA-compliant scouting/recruiting service for more than a decade. Additionally, he actively serves in various leadership and volunteer roles for several prestigious basketball organizations and brands. Away from the court, Spencer resides in North Carolina and enjoys spending his time at home with his family.
