-Build customer relationships by handling questions and concerns via phone, chat and email from customers about products and services.-Provide customers with training in app functionality and assist with product setup.-Research escalated service and billing issues to ensure prompt resolution including service issues and bugs, while acting as coordinator and client advocate between various departments and customers.-Identify new features for development through client discussions.

-Handle inbound customer calls to resolve customer inquiries, accept payments, and preform standard account maintenance. -Manage deadlines by prioritizing and handling multiple projects with competing time constraints while responding to inbound calls in a call center environment with heavy telephone customer interaction, while maintaining a high portfolio performance. -Manage and monitor work performed by Outside Counsel to ensure bankruptcy timelines are met. -Develop and maintain working relationship with Outside Counsel, Trustees, and Bankruptcy Courts to insure compliance to investor requirements and deadlines. -Maintain working knowledge of investor requirements and ensure that those requirements are met. -Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
