I'm a dedicated, hard-working, efficient and reliable worker. When I was working for Bob Evans I started off as a host because that's what was needed of me. And within six months I learned all the categories and got promoted to an Assistant Manager. During my time as an Assistant Manager I was in charge of guest satisfaction, counting and ordering inventory, counting all the cash registers for the end of day sales and ordering cash and rolled coins for the week. I also made sure we kept low ticket times, our guest's drinks were always filled, and when I had a free time I would go up to tables and have a small conversation with our guests to make sure they were having a wonderful dinning experience. I worked there until I heard rumblings of this coronavirus and I feared for my job security. Then I went into the bank to make a deposit and I walked out with a job offer. The next day I applied and got a job as a reserved bank teller. While I was a reserved bank teller, I was in charge of handling transactions with our guests, telling them about our current promotional products and directing them to the correct channels that best fit their needs. I did that for six months and then a spot opened for Clients Relations Representative. A few of my co-workers told me to apply , so I applied and I got that position. During my time in that position I opened consumer and business accounts and processed consumer and business loans. I referred commercial and mortgage loans to different bankers who specialized in those fields. I would have meetings with my tellers about upcoming promotions and try to help them reach their goals so we could meet our branch goals. For two straight months I was the top CRR in the region and assisted one of my tellers to be the top in the region as well. I am also a certified notary public. I left that bank due to personal reasons. At the same time my brother started his own business and asked me to help him with the start up. I helped him with his business and now I am excited to get back into the banking world.
