One of my most pivotal memories growing up was receiving my first ever Camcorder in the 4th grade. It was a humble "Flip" camcorder, gifted to me and unboxed on Christmas Day. From there on out, I was enamored with making videos for my personal YouTube channel - and the passion for Social Media has only developed since.Studying English at UCLA, I became fascinated with the way individual words can shape entire narratives, and how the perception of tone creates evokes different emotions. I worked as the Twitter Lead for UCLA Housing, blasting "words" (tweets, in actuality) to thousands of students establishing online community for baby bruins. All the while hosting a #1 radio show on UCLA Radio, performing PR for UCLA CEC, and volunteering my spare hours to Bruin Leaders tutoring.From there, I've continued my social media knowledge to Grindr - the world's #1 LGBTQ social media. I developed and executed a TikTok strategy that spearheaded our brand awareness on the platform, worked on multiple global marketing initiatives, and developed my broader marketing expertise. One of the biggest personal accomplishments was managing socials during our public acquisition with NYSE.Despite experience growing businesses via social media, at the heart of that is the story. With my eyes behind a camera, and my mind in the director's seat - I'm focused on telling a story that captures the heart of business, and captures the heart of the audience.
