-My job requires me to consider how search engines work, what people search for, the actual search terms or keywords typed into search engines and which search engines are preferred by their targeted audience. I gather and analyze this information so that I can begin optimizing our keywords and the website. This involves editing its content and HTML and associated coding to both increase its relevance to specific keywords and to remove barriers to the indexing activities of search engines. -I also am responsible for improving the visibility of a website in a search engine's "Organic" or un-paid search results. As well as their paid, referral (from associated webpages) and direct (typing - www.weathertech.ca in directly) search results. -I am responsible for targeting different kinds of search, including image search, local search, and video search.- I have done some graphic design with this company. I created a web banner advertisement which directed people from one website to the webpage I wanted them to go to. - I manage several accounts. This requires me to make quick decisions on my feet in regards to products and deals. I have formed many relationships over the phone and continually try to improve sales numbers. I have to take responsibility for any errors that might occur throughout the order/delivery process. - I manage our NASCAR events. This requires me to talk to our distributors and coordinate times when they can see our race events. I am responsible for budgeting and delivering the appropriate amount of tickets to clients.
