After high school graduation, I attended the Swanson School of Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh. After a year and a half, I was no longer able to pursue my degree in materials science engineering due to a lack of financing. After this, I struggled to find a job that I fit in at and saw room to grow, until I found Home Genius Exteriors.In my time at Home Genius Exteriors, I quickly moved into management in my first two months. After about five months of employment, I moved into the in-home sales end of the business. I learned after a few months that this job did not suit me, so I moved back to being a field marketing manager. Since moving back, I have honed my leadership skills and abilities. Specifically, I have learned how to embody the concept of ultimate ownership not only in my role as a front-line leader, but in my personal life as well.I am eager to resume my education career at Penn State University pursuing a degree in nuclear engineering in the Fall of 2024. I am always searching for ways to not only improve myself, but those around me as well.
