Coordinating sales projects for Mankiewicz coatings in the Aviation Department concerning OEM and General Aviation to provide solutions for customers in the world of flight. I trust people more after they disagree with me. I have a healthy appreciation for conflict, it can break down the superficial walls that are present when talking to strangers. My background in ministry gives me the ability to listen, connect to, and lead people in a direction that optimizes growth for everyone involved.My experience in leadership positions at Campus Outreach and The Citadel allow me to think critically and maximize the effectiveness of an organization as a whole unit.Personality traits: 1.
