Most homebuyers have a tough time visualizing what life would be like living in a home that has not been built yet. Just seeing an architectural floor plans or a rendering is not enough for most buyers to decide to buy on the spot. This may sound like a crazy futuristic idea, but what if homebuyers could do a walkthrough, pick out cabinet colors, and choose their floor coverings “virtually.” What if they can see that home “virtually” on the lot. What if the VR experience was so good that homebuyers cannot discern if there looking at a photo or not? This sounds like something far off in the future, right?
