I develop and deliver multi-million-dollar, end-to-end cybersecurity solutions for the company’s largest and most complex enterprise clients. These solutions comprise products including EPP, EDR, user behaviour analytics, zero-trust networking access, DRM, critical event management, MDM and more, as well as services such as simulation testing, penetration testing and incident response planning. In my role I collaborate with account managers to create and present proof-of-concepts, demo products, determine customer requirements and respond to RFPs, notably securing multi-year renewals with several major enterprise clients. I also educate executive-level client stakeholders in security products and services as a subject matter expert, sharing technical knowledge in a clear and simple way to demonstrate the benefits of Blackberry’s solutions.

In my previous role I managed small teams in testing various cybersecurity software products to ensure they met quality requirements, collaborating with product managers and developers to address issues prior to release.I performed system testing including failover scenarios and database mirroring, worked with secure containerized applications on iOS, Android, Mac and Windows, and conducted smoke testing on new iOS and Android devices. I also served in a critical DevOps role to support the deployment of the company’s first multi-tenant cloud platform.
