Managed two Regional Field Directors, coaching them in how to support their organizers, hold them accountable to weekly goals, & quickly develop their volunteers into leaders, while only having a few weeks to organize.Overhauled the GOTV program with less than a week left in the election, because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, re-shifting over 2,000 volunteers from canvassing to phone banking, yielding over 1,000,000 calls in 4 days.

Developed the statewide caucus organizing program to recruit and train over 3,500 volunteers in 90% of all precincts. These volunteers aided supporters during the caucus by understanding the nuanced rules of the caucus, and persuaded other candidates’ supporters to realign for Sen. Sanders. This increased Sen.
