Integrated Clinix provides the means to facilitate and coordinate patient care across settings, providers, varying conditions, and time in order to achieve care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, and patient-focused. I completed my MBA this past summer through my career I've worked in multiple settings which has allowed me to see how healthcare clinicians and other staff interact with each other. With an MBA my focus then turned to how that affects business processes. Integrated is a way to improve profits through integration of services, interventions, billing, self audits, current best evidence in practice, hiring practices, and management styles.
