Responsible for the success of the company as it became a recognized international supplier of custom computer based automation for continuous process controls in manufacturing industries. Determined the strategy and managed the execution of business plans. Strong relationships with component suppliers including Rockwell Automation and Siemens were a part of the company success. Negotiated an exclusive distribution contract with Siemens for the New York area and created a distributorship which was later spun-off as a profitable company. Developed a targeted key account program and focused on supplying Fortune 500 manufacturers and the OEMs that serve them, resulting in strong international business growth as these companies expanded overseas.
