•Perform on-going credit analysis of over $13.3Bn of facilities across ~35 companies in the Consumer, Retail, and Healthcare industries to proactively manage Citi's Corporate & Investment Banking portfolio, as well as interact effectively with coverage and products teams•Prepare annual and quarterly credit approval memorandum inclusive of financial analysis, risks & mitigants, internal ratings analysis, industry trends, client support discussions, cash flow model sensitivity analysis, and management assessments for review by Senior Credit Officers •Develop company-specific product stress tests, covenant trigger analysis, collateral valuation, and comparable peers review •Collaborate with corporate banking team to prepare transaction approval memorandum on 10 deals, conduct due diligence, and right-size credit facilities and relationship exposure based on historical usage and the client’s expected needs•Develop comprehensive financial models to forecast and assess a client’s creditworthiness inclusive of DCF analysis, Enterprise Valuation, Loan-to-Value analysis, peer trading multiples, precedent transactions, and interest rate sensitivity •Review legal documentation including Term Sheets, Credit Agreements, and ISDAs to assess structure and priority of claims•Monitor performance of companies against internally generated triggers to proactively identify credit migration throughout the life of the loan•Maintain a high degree of understanding of internal credit policy and reporting requirements•Mentor Junior analysts on various day-to-day operations, conduct training sessions on more complex topics, and various ad-hoc projects•Utilize Moody’s, S&P Capital IQ, Credit Sights, and internal Citi reports to conduct industry and equity research
