I love this country and feel fortunate to be Canadian. As a leader I constantly strive to improve my answer to the following two questions: How much wisdom have you gained? and How much love have you given? In the end if I can lead and inspire from a place of love and wisdom everything else tends to fall into place.I am honoured to serve as Vice President and Board Member of the TLEX Institute, and am grateful to work with such a brilliant hard working team that constantly surprises clients with how transformative our trainings are. We're looking forward to journeying with you!I'm the Vice President of the International Association for Human Values, where I our team leads Operational Stress and Trauma Programs in Canada, including SKY Resilience for First Responders, and Project Welcome Home Troops for Military and Veterans. Formerly involved in academic research at Mount Allison, and McGill University in the fields of oncology and cardiology respectively, I have also worked on the corporate side of science in marketing with Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and am a certified Executive Coach.
