I am responsible for leading the student led MBA Association, facilitating relationships among employer relations, community relations, and all MBA club activities (finance, marketing, real estate, Women in Business, Net Impact) and philanthropic activities within the Boulder community.

• Serve as a consultant to merchants to assist in establishing deal structure and run schedules as they seek to maximize the ROI of their National Groupon campaigns• Lead process management with different departments in driving cross-functional and cross-organizational changes• Execute ongoing merchant communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on merchant deliverables. Communications include: contract negotiation, deal structure set up, market feature confirmations, customized advertising formatting, deal preparation, technical support, financial analysis of campaign performance, and resolution to performance concerns• Review financial quantitative analytics of post deal metrics (sales, conversions, revenue impacts, target against sales, etc.) with merchants• Schedule, manage and customize advertising campaigns featured across 2 continents, (on average 14.3M) and continue ongoing support/communications for deal count of approx. 165 deals a week• Identify and address ad hoc concerns and process improvements to continually drive revenue for the Merchant and Groupon• Lead process management with internal Groupon departments (CP, Sales, AP, CS, Editorial, Analytics) to identify appropriate solutions and provide timely resolution to merchant issues

• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure brand loyalty• Assist clients in day to day operations, market branding, advertising customizes, and issue resolution• Spearhead new product launches, sell secondary products and advertising mediums

• Create, edit, and send monthly statements of account receivables to clients (15+); generate reports: Profit and Loss, Income Statements, Client Status, Payable and Receivable, WIP; coordinate payments with vendors and clients, implement payment plans. Manage and train new finance-related employees• Source and procure products/merchandise for various residences; create design budgets; conduct meetings with clients regarding design process and timeline; install and stage residences; oversee and implement photo shoot concepts.• Organize and maintain showroom inventory merchandise • Monitor social media sites, implement, and oversee development and execution of promotional and charitable events
