The Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) is an integral member of the integrated Marketing team tasked with delivering & communicating our marketing vision.• As the Regional Marketing Manager, I have been responsible for providing strategic marketing advice to a defined Chartwell platform of approximately 60 retirement communities inOntario West.• As the RMM, I’m responsible for the development and execution of platform, region, cluster, opportunity, and lease-up residence marketing plans aligned with the corporate marketing plan.• The role requires strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats, along with an ability to create and maintain strong relationships throughout the organization. Success is defined in our organization by two key metrics or KPIs:The first is Customer Service:• Our customer service KPIs in Fall 2018 was 48%/100 Very Satisfied. In Spring 2019 we reached 51%. In Fall 2019 we have reached 71%. The second is Lead Generation:• Our lead generation KPIs have shown a YoY increase in initial contacts in same-store (October & November 2019).

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:Leverage Chartwell’s consultative sales process to help seniors and adult children make informed decisions when choosing a retirement residence;Drive occupancy levels and meet or exceed established sales targets:Manage telephone inquiries and convert to personal visit bookings;Conduct personal visits, follow up on leads, close sales through lease signings;Track sales activity in our CRM database and analyze reports to identify sales trends specific to the community and residence;Drive referrals and traffic:Create, retain and grow a portfolio of strategic networking partnerships with the local healthcare community and within the community at large: Build a qualified lead database;Develop, promote, and implement marketing plans and events.
