I am well versed in large- and small-scale onboarding programs and strategies, leadership and employee development, and career coaching. I have led several project teams of various sizes, consisting of both peers and stakeholders of all levels cross-functionally.As a servant leader who begins with curiosity, I believe it is important to live the Platinum Rule and lean into the unknown. The world is filled with wonder and while life can place roadblocks in our path, it is to be loved and lived, not merely endured. Many years ago, I had a light bulb moment that changed the direction of my life. Since that time, I have dedicated my education and career to helping provide moments that matter in the personal and professional lives of others.One of my primary motivations stems from the reality that the average working person spends more than half of their waking hours at or engaged in their job. If people are unhappy with their occupation, that investment negatively impacts their remaining waking hours and even the hours when they want to be sleeping. On the flip side, how much better have you felt about your wellbeing when things were going well with your career? Work and life are not separate. They exist together and it is important for them to do so harmoniously.
