Manage all customer accounts while following all AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) requirements for solar installation. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with 45+ assigned accounts.Drive post-sales operations and processes; contributing to 400% revenue growth year-over-year.Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) through Salesforce.Drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution.Collaborate with sales team to identify issues and opportunities within the region. Schedule jobs to optimize and manage the availability and constraints of the supply chain.Adapt to and maintain knowledge of local statutes as to not impede project cycle time. Report current projects’ statuses and obstacles to key company executives.

Responsible for operating 20-40 machines while utilizing lean principles.Facilitate the movement of product through work area to improve cycle time.Monitor bottlenecks while managing the WIP (work-in-progress). Attend and stay up to date on regular Six Sigma trainings.Perform safety audits on fab floor and workstations.Ensure “BKM” (Best Known Methods) are documented to prevent and solve future issues.Utilize the following software: ToolView, Excel, Serve as Shift Champion for the following: Corrective Action Feed (CAF) Manufacturing Process Equipment Optimization (MPEO) All Hands On Deck (AHOD/ Highest priority material)
