• Organize and sort mail and packages to deliver in the most time efficient way possible.• I create my own schedule and route deliveries for packages and important mail to various departments on campus.• When I am not on my route, I work at the front desk and provide quality customer service for students and professors who come to the mail center. This includes answering phone calls, operating the cash register, and retrieving and organizing student packages.
