In this role, I am working on a major Government of Canada modernization initiative known as the Digital Platform Modernization Programme (DPM). I work as part of CBSA's lead DPM team, collaborating frequently with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), to provide change management services for the Agency. Outside of my primary Change Management role, I also provide business analysis, strategy, and research for management.In this role, I have:- Formulated a Change Management strategy using Prosci's ADKAR model to inform and engage with the Agency's 8000+ immigration staff affected by this programme.- Engaged with stakeholders to produce a list of Agency immigration events from a client perspective, consolidating 400+ business rules and actions into sub-100 excel items for future platform design.- Facilitated collaborative working groups across both CBSA and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada to provide transparency and collect feedback for over 20 participants.- Analyzed 300+ feedback points from regions, categorized and prioritized for Agency growth initiatives.
