Using these images, I constructed a Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) with Keras and TensorFlow which I trained to generate images based on the data. To allow for faster, more efficient testing of various architectures, I wrote a generalized function library that allowed me to rapidly create GANs with different sizes and hyperparameters. This allowed for a systematic search of a parameter space in order to optimize results. The results were a collection of generated images in which pattern formation is evident.
