We also operate the Spekto Strategic Fund, a boutique private equity group that focuses on vacation rental community development and direct investment.Before entering the world of real estate, I sold a retargeting marketing software that I developed and began consulting for various corporations on marketing strategy, technology deployment, and system best practices. I've had the pleasure of consulting with Airbnb, Booking.com and the Expedia Group as well as a number of other Fortune 500 clients.Outside of work, I am an avid outdoorsman and international adventure traveler, enjoying thrilling experiences both at home and abroad. I'm passionate about skiing, biking, golfing, and spending time at the lake. I'm also a dedicated Utah State Aggies fan, supporting them through thick and thin.
