Spencer began his career as a photographer, shooting for publications such as Vogue, Marie Claire, ELLE, and others. He was then quickly recognized for his talent in creative direction and production. Ladygunn Magazine scooped him up as Creative Director, and for two years, he worked with A-list celebrities, conceptualized and produced all of their content. From 2015-2018, Spencer built Supercharge, a multi-million dollar experiential production agency working with fortune 500 and 1000 companies to imagine their social campaigns and brand activations.
