K9 Sport Sack is the #1 selling dog carrier company in the world. My role at K9 Sport Sack include the following: 1. Manage all domestic and international shipping. This includes working with a Warehouse Manager on all shipping needs. 2. Oversee all current and incoming inventory. This includes working with our distributor in China to arrangement ordering and shipment of products.3. Manage customer service department. This includes working with full-time Customer Service Representative to solve customer issues. 4. Working with a full-time User Experience Representative to understand our target market. This includes weekly meetings to discuss current business position and figuring out where we need to make adjustments to the business plan. 5. Working with a full-time Product Developer. This includes sharing insight from user experience with our Product Developer and coming up with adjustments to products. This also includes coming up with new and innovative ideas as well as overseeing the full development of the product. 6. Woking with a full-time Salesman. This includes finding leads of wholesale customers as well as retention of wholesale customers. 7. Preform other various tasks such as marketing, planing and participating in retail events, and public relations. All other duties needed such as website development and problem solving.
