I started at Kohls's in June 2021 as a floor associate. My tasks included upholding the high standard for the appearance of the store and assisting customers with questions and directions. After around 2 months I began to have more success as a backup cashier. I worked solely as a cashier for the following 10 months where I was consistently one of the top credit solicitors for our store. I consistently averaged between 4-5% credit conversion and opened 200+ accounts in my time working with Kohl. The skills that I gained from kohls include customer service, knowledge of the retail industry, ethics training and experience, Leadership skills, and many more. The confidence and experience provided to me in this career will prove invaluable as a progress in my career.
