I am a creative and driven sales professional with 7+ years of specialty sales experience who has recently transitioned to a role within the multifamily housing industry. With At Home Apartments I have worked in a leasing & property management capacity with a portfolio of 2 distinct properties totaling over 300 units, maintaining a current occupancy of over 96% for both communities. My role is a blend of resident retention & prospecting, and I have a hand in every step of the process including qualifying leads, generating leases, and coordinating unit turns with our maintenance staff, as well as organizing resident events, assisting with resident issues, and evaluating and proposing rent increases for lease renewals.At Guitar Center, I worked directly with both individuals and organizations to create complex solutions to their problems in the field of Professional Audio, with a sales volume of over $500,000 in 2022. I am used to adapting to ever-changing landscape of products, vendors & trends, and have learned to stay on my toes and take new challenges in stride. Additionally, I work actively as a music producer, songwriter, composer and engineer. I have produced and written projects for Ultra Records (Sony), Atlantic Records and several independent labels, as well as sync placements including The Travel Channel, Les Mills and Summerfest. In 2018 I was selected for Gener8tor's Backline grant - one of 4 grants awarded from over 300 applicants on the basis of musical excellence and work ethic.
