Our Mission: To inspire and empower people who are embracing the idea of pursuing change by providing accountability, support, and community.Novo Veritas, the latin term for Honest Change, was founded in 2014 by a recovering alcoholic and addict alongside a former type 2 diabetic who lost 220 pounds. We use our personal stories of significant lifestyle change to promote the process of sustainable change and encourage others to embrace change. Through motivational speaking, small group workshops, individual lifestyle/wellness coaching, and special presentations within the health care industry and beyond, we look forward to creating a lifestyle and wellness footprint for those who are curious to pursue a change in their own lifestyle. We are also working to establish and build, through our local Corvallis community, a group of like-minded people who are focused on open-dialogue about change and actively engaged in the process of building a healthy lifestyle.
