Sellpoints acquired Spencer's company Brandfish.In this role he was running the performance marketing services with a team of 16 including Paid Media, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Conversion Rate Optimization and Amazon Vendor Central Management. Responsible for creation, growth and sales of marketing services. Day to day includes creating and improving processes and training, hiring new team members, managing a team of 16, working directly with marketing to create sales collateral, and directly with sales to train and effectively close business. Goals include client and employee retention, managing a P&L, sales and up sells, and expansion of services.Accomplishments include raising division revenue, margin and client retention to all time highs.

Brandfish began as Spencer operating an SEO business out of his bedroom in his parents house. In just under three years, Brandfish grew to a three person agency with a loyal client base producing almost $165,000 annually and three total employees. Brandfish boasted clients such as BabyCenter and SAY Media.As the momentum for Brandfish was picking up, it was acquired by Sellpoints.
