Since joining HTeaO, our same-store sales have surged by over 25% YoY in 2021. I introduced a Punchh customer loyalty platform with an impressive 36% participation rate, requiring significant buy-in from Franchise Partners and employees. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in launching HTeaO in the CPG market through our affiliate supply chain company.
