• Act as a point of contact with vendors to arrange space, literature, hotels, equipment rental, and set-up and dismantling of the exhibit; and planning and coordinating the routing of exhibits shipped for the convention program• Ascertain client's needs to move assets and verify proper delivery of shipment goods to ensure a smooth relocation process• Manage tradeshow specialist contractors to assist with the successful execution of tradeshows• Register orders and generate worksheets and bills of lading in accordance with Company guidelines to produce consistently formatted paperwork• Manage, maintain, and recommend continuous improvements for all booth properties and convention assets• Schedule all required third party service orders to meet customer requirements within an efficient timeline• Work with various third parties to coordinate and implement a successful tradeshow move in and out experience• Responsible for updating asset management system on a daily basis to insure accurate website reports to accounts and inventories

This also includes custom fabrication when required. • IronCAD 3D model exhibits to compile a Bill of Materials, while also utilizing these drawings tomethodically communicate and demonstrate how the exhibit is to be installed and dismantled• Implement design and graphical tools for detailed representation of exhibits • Quote and order exhibit hardware, graphics, accessories and all third party production elements through the utilization of QuoteWerks and Goldmine• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of vendors• Prepare and provide project schedules to all participants to identify the commencement and deadlines of the project tasks• Effectively apply methodologies and enforce Skyline project standards• Work closely with Creative Team throughout creative and pricing process to keep up with market trends, pricing and competitor strategies

Drafting and CAD Design from Schematic Design Phases through Construction Documents. Participated in Historic Preservation assessment for the city of Black Hawk, CO, including drafting Schematic documents and model building for city approval. Sketchup modeled medium scale projects including an ADA compliant Smart Home for Boulder residents, and a 25,000 SF LEED certified, mixed-use building. Engaged in the assembly and organization of Commercial and Residential construction documents, and code analyses.
