SOFTWARE-Developed a vision and strategy for product creation based on business objectives and market opportunity by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders-Owned a full software product ecosystem including design, coordination, development, performance testing & monitoring, iterations, resource allocation and platform innovations. Ecosystem consisted of 4 mobile apps, 2 web apps and AWS powered platform-Lead in developing and managing strategic partnerships with vendors (AWS), clients (Tecnic), and partners (Waze - only Canadian roadside provider available in app)-Owned the holistic roadmapping process across various stakeholders so all inputs were fully incorporated (ex. engineering, user experience, QA & testing, operations, marketing, legal, finance, etc.)-Managed and led an on-site/hybrid team of 12 developers (4x full stack, 2x back end, 3x mobile, 3x front end) and 2 UX/UI designers. HARDWARE-Owned line of hardware products containing four SKUs. -Identified required certifications and compliance standards necessary for the North American market - ex CSA & UL-Managed, coordinated and delivered in-store order for 55 Costco locations across Canada totalling 110 pallets holding 4100+ units in Fall 2019/Winter 2020. Responsible for shipping to 4 Costco Canada warehouses once containers arrived from overseas manufacturer-Participated in vendor procurement and management to establish Canadian retail channels, in store and online (Costco, Rona, BMR, Canac, etc.)BUSINESS-Founded Boostmi and launched software and initiated services Jan 2015-Partnered with Canada’s largest driving school Tecnic Sept 2016-Launched Professional Services availability across Canada Dec 2018-Raised $1,050,000 CAD from Viking Assistance Group (Norway) in seed round for a company valuation of $12,000,000 CAD July 2019-Launched Roadside Assistance Membership Program March 2021 to fit alongside Boostmi’s pre existing pay as you go service model

-Developed product strategy and roadmap based on user needs and strategic opportunities by consulting potential users, retailers and shopping centre owners-Lead project planning efforts to determine project scope, resourcing needs, scheduling, risks/issues and developed contingency plans-Worked closely with the remote development team consisting of 2x full stack web dev and 1x front end web, digital mapping team and clients to deliver an outstanding app experience-Launched “Galeries St. Hyacinthe” app for Beauward Shopping Centres Ltd. on March 2015 containing 150+ store profiles and 30+ ongoing promotions, achieved 200+ downloads on launch event at mall-Implemented app on 4 touchscreens (alongside mobile app for use on their own device) located at mall entrances for shoppers to use as additional access point-Implemented Estimote Beacons for personalised in-store experience. Beacon would provide real time contextual content based on the item they were engaging with-Developed and managed end-to-end technical product solutions and ensure on-time delivery-Total users grew to 5000+ with 700+ weekly active users within 8 months from launch

-Conceptualized, managed and prioritized multiple projects for internal stakeholders and development team-Defined and created two project roadmaps through customer discovery and analysis - (1) Truck Driving Simulator, a heavy truck driving simulation focused driver development and safety & (2) Airport Simulator, a powerful tool for implementing the FAA's Safety Management System (SMS)-Managed a team of 5 developers (4 on-site, 1 fully remote) 2 project designers and 2 hardware assemblers. Implemented agile methodology to provide consistent delivery objectives and processes-Created and deployed customer delivery process with initial training program and support documentation. Process was first deployed on delivery of a Truck Driving Simulator to a client in Ontario, Canada in Jan 2016. Created customer success processes to ensure positive experiences post delivery.
