Commercial litigator with a focus on real estate, land use, and construction disputes. I work with each client’s particular needs, ranging from advice and resolutions outside a court of law, to litigation in state and federal court. Experience with issues of all sizes, with success at all stages – negotiations, demand letters, dispositive motions, mediations, trial, and appeal. My practice includes breach of contract, construction and renovations, real estate and land use, quiet title, and renewable energy.

Promoted Themis Bar Review to students at Creighton University School of Law. Managed informational meetings, tabling, and promotional events.

Assisted clinical psychologists at a wilderness based therapeutic program in implementing therapeutic plans for troubled youth. Field instructors spend 8 days on, full time backpacking in the Utah wilderness with a group of students, followed by 6 days off. Skills based learning ranged from effective communication to making fire with sticks. The program was highly rewarding to the students and staff involved.
