Founded in 1981 MDE has grown to provide a wide variety of facility management services throughout the Midwest. As Director of Client Management and Sales, my role is to ensure current clients are happy with the services performed at their facilities, while growing our customer base in new and innovative ways.

At R&R Realty Group, I'm responsible for setting the marketing strategy, handling media relations and governing digital properties at one of the Midwest's most storied real estate development companies. With a team of dedicated marketing professionals, I'm privileged to work with some of the most talented real estate professionals in Iowa and Nebraska.

Health insurance gets called a lot of things... But simple isn't usually one of them. This is true for members, but it can also be true for business stakeholders like agents and brokers. At Wellmark, my job was to develop a B2B-focused content marketing strategy that made complicated things (like health insurance) feel simple. My goal was to create content that empowered Wellmark's B2B stakeholders to grow their businesses in a way that benefitted both their customers and their communities.The most visible result of these efforts was the creation and launch of Blue@Work, a B2B content hub designed for Wellmark's business audiences. This was done in addition to my ongoing management of two different monthly magazines and newsletters that were sent to Wellmark's agents and brokers.

As Wellmark's Social Media Specialist, I led all company-wide social media efforts. This included social content development, campaign execution and social-based customer service. During this time, I also led communication efforts for a $12M, two-year digital transformation project and aided in the formation of a rapid-response customer service team.

I was privileged to work with a creative group of digital pioneers in developing and executing strategy for clients across the hospitality, automotive and financial industries.
