Resulted in the development of standard operating procedures and a complete cash flow forecast to maintain business continuity. -SME for Fixed Assets segment within SAP FICO module during SAP implementation which included data preparation, data validation, testing, development of demonstrations, instruction guides, and work instructions used as training materials and post go live support.

Scheduled employees for specific training dates in accordance with the project timeline. Administered training and implementation setup on-site with troubleshooting support post go-live.
