As ETR's People Systems Implementation Manager (PSIM), I support ETR's People team by using human-centered and science-based approaches to design, implement, and assess key ETR People systems for fewer redundancies and greater efficiencies across four main areas: talent acquisition, professional learning, human resources, and culture.
