Drove EBITDA; secured 150 major accounts; increased Advantis’ market share to #2 in market by 2015.Implemented Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives; established reputation for fastest delivery of orders in the industry. Recognized as the first sterilization case manufacturer to receive FDA Class II 510(k), (962545), 1997. Obtained industry’s first ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 13485-2003 certifications. Created culture of accountability / empowerment; achieved 98% employee retention. Positioned company for sale and sold to RoundTable Healthcare Partners for seven times EBITDA in 2007. In 2013 Advantis is now $25+M in sales with 200 employees in a 60,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility.

IKOTECH's products include the HyperFlux cell analyzer, the Quadrasep high speed magnetic cell sorter and the Quadrasep LP large particle magnetic sorter.
