As the Executive Director and Founder of Youths with Visions Global, Teke Spencer is passionate about transforming the minds of youths positively and building a community where everyone works with each other to create greater impact. He leads a civil society organization that runs 8 annual programs for youth empowerment, development, humanitarianism, and philanthropy, reaching over 5,000 beneficiaries across 15 countries.Teke Spencer is also a skilled social worker, counsellor, trainer, coach, and social activist, who empowers others and develop communities, provides guidance and support for marriage and relationship issues, personal and self-development goals, and social justice causes. He strives to build a generation of youths who are not solely motivated by financial rewards but are driven by passion to create value in their communities and attain a fulfilled life. He has multiple certifications and awards for his outstanding work and leadership in the youth sector.
