I lead a team of 3 recruiters in our home health division. We oversee 156 staff members and provide care for 119 patients with a wide variety of acuity level. I specialize in high acuity pediatric nursing cases. My clinical team, external nurses and I have worked to make our office the premier pediatric home health provider. We work closely with local children's hospitals including St. V's. I have partnered with an internal RN for an asthma program which was recently recognized by the Ohio Department of Health; they came to Toledo to gather more information about it to potentially roll it out across the state.

-Executed accurate and timely invoice payments, journal entries, accounts recievable for a Fortune 500 company-Processed invoice payments after verification of validity, authorization, proper account codes, and calculating accrued tax -Determined if invoice costs can be capital expenditures in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and GAAP

-Developed new and existing relationships for an assigned, personal coverage list of high-priority investment management firms-Captured and processed client-specific investment information on a real-time basis for portfolio monitoring and evaluation service

-Managed and executed an annual budget exceeding $30 million -Prepared financial justifications submitted to department directors and subsequently included in Congressional budget requests-Conducted on-site meetings with client offices to better understand day-to-day operations and financial needs of program offices -Trained colleagues to use the new payroll accounting tracking system
