Harvey, and I am a Salinas born native of the Monterey Bay County in CA, with a passion to help others more than just myself and a duty to help people less fortunate. To help achieve this goal I went and graduated with a Master of Science in Criminology at Fresno State, and a Bachelor's in Arts in Psychology at CSU Monterey Bay. This was done so I could possess a diverse set of skills, knowledge, and perspectives on criminal justice and mental wellness and development. After these fun adventures, I started working security detail through various companies, Ross Dress for Less, Allied Universal, and Admiral Security. What I started focusing on from these developing experiences is gaining successful customer service experiences and professional communication that could be beneficial in any organization's success. My work in this field has culminated in my current position with Montage International companies as a Security Officer, where I have helped record daily activity logs in our daily/monthly audit systems, answered an average of 17 calls per day and resolved these calls in under 5 minutes or less, and drafted an average of 4 incident reports per month through our security software system for hospitality management. My experiences in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and record-keeping/documentation through my various professions have allowed me to be well-equipped to handle any challenge that comes my way.Some last things about me, is that I am also certified in various fields such as Cybersecurity, MySQL, Microsoft Excel, Professional Customer Relationship Management, Business Analytics/Intelligence (BI), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), and Agile Methodologies.
